I purchased this item for my friend who just had twin girls and also had a 3 year old son. Matching hair bows and and a bow tie for big brother! The print was precious. However, it was not clear as to how the bow tie would attach to shirt. I made several inquiries and never received a response. This was very disappointing. I ended up purchasing an elastic tie band that I hoped would work. But it was less than ideal because he is only 3 years old and the band was adjustable but still not the right fit. I simply wanted someone to tell me how you would attach the Velcro loop to a shirt.
