RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR PUP PROPERLY AND DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS!
We do not accept exchanges and refunds on hand made items. We accept exchanges on all of walking range products due to sizing issue. The item must be returned in the original condition, unworn and fur-free. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost for the returned product. Any shipping cost incurred from the original order will not be refunded. An exchange or store gift card will be issued once we receive the items back
DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED PRODUCTS: All of our products are inspected to ensure that it is in perfect condition, when we pack your order. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly issue you a replacement product.
To make a claim for a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of your confirmed delivery. Either email us at littlemaggieandco@gmail.com or direct message us on Instagram. Item must be sent back with tracking within 9 days of receipt.
RETURN ADDRESS: Please make sure you contact us first for an approval of a return/exchange. Returns/exchanges sent back without prior approval will not be issued any credit. For returns/exchanges, our return address is as follows. Please make sure that it is sent to this address only and not the address on the shipping label you see on your package
